This pad is great! It gets warm quickly and you can wet the insert to get
really nice wet heat into your muscles. I typically use it when I’m on my
period because I get the worst cramps. This delivers heat to my aching body
quickly which is the most important quality I look for in a heating pad. It’s a
great quality for the price as well in my opinion
